Our team installed Helical Piers to stabilize this Cincinnati property. To install piers, we have to excavate down to the footer to be able to attach the piers to the bottom of the foundation. Piers are drilled deep down into the earth to ensure the home is transferred to load bearing strata. At the end of this project, we were able to ensure the home was stabilized, which will stop cracks from forming in the future.
