FlexiSpan Foam Drain Strip Installed
In order to seal a leaking wall crack, a bead of sealant is installed. This is the first line of defense and slows or stops crack leakage. Then a FlexiSpan foam drain strip is applied. This will capture any small amount of water that manages to leak through the first seal.
Flexible Sealant Overlay Installed
Once the first bead of sealant and FlexiSpan foam drain strip have been installed, a tough, flexible, waterproof, and permanent sealant overlay is installed.
FlexiSpan Foam Drain Strip is Foolproof
When the FlexiSpan foam drain strip captures water that seeps through the sealant, it will channel it to the drainage system below. This second line of defense will never fail.
FlexiSpan Can Drain to Several Different Drainage Systems
When FlexiSpan is installed, it can channel water to a number of different drainage systems (a WaterGuard, CactusBoard, or footing drain). These drainage systems capture the water coming through the crack and keep it from damaging the basement fixtures.
