A CleanSpace encapsulation system creates a moisture-proof barrier between the house and the ground. We also installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to ensure moisture levels are kept down. This dehumidifier is energy efficient and powerful, and is completely automatic. We topped off the encapsulation by installing our SilverGlo crawl space insulation panels to make sure this homeowner saves money on energy costs. The result was a happy homeowner!

Dehumidification System

The SaniDry Sedona will keep the humidity low in this crawl space. It discharges its condensation into the yellow drain seen in the floor. The silver paneling you see along the crawl space wall is called SilverGlo insulation, patented by our network.

Crawl Space Vapor Barrier

The CleanSpace Liner is a bright-white plastic liner that is similar to a pool liner.

Wrapped Pier

The piers are wrapped with the CleanSpace Liner as well.

The EverLast Door is made out of inorganic material and will not rust, rot, or need to be painted. It's knobs on the sides are used to tighten the weather-stripping. This way, no moisture can get in.
