WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System
Our WaterGuard subfloor drains are concealed under the floor and come with a wall flange to collect water. We need to be able to tuck the WaterGuard up against the foundation wall, so we tore out the wall 18 inches up from the floor. Of course, this part of the wall was damaged from water anyway, so the homeowner didn't mind it.

Interior System
Our interior system is much better than an exterior system. It is less invasive, less expensive, and more effective than exterior systems.

Foundational Waterproofing
After placing our subfloor drains underneath the floor and up against the wall, we then cover them with a fresh layer of concrete.
