This basement has some water seeping in through the block foundation wall. The basement is unfinished and did not have a sump pump installed. We installed the BrightWall Paneling System to cover the walls, and it will also drain any wall leaks down into the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System. WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is our patented sub-floor piping system that is used to intercept the water that seeps into the basement. WaterGuard will drain the water unseen to a sump pump system so that it can be removed from the basement. We also installed The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System. The SuperSump includes a cast iron pump, a CleanPump Stand, WaterWatch Alarm, and an Airtight Lid with an Airtight Floor Drain. The UltraSump Battery Back-up System is a battery-operated pump that will automatically turn on and pump water out of the basement using battery power. UltraSump comes with a maintenance-free battery and charging station.

WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System.

The WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a sub-floor piping system that collects the water that seeps into the basement. It will then drain the water into the sump pump system to be removed from the basement.
