Gaps in Brick Wall
Gaps in between the mortar in the brick usually indicate foundation settling. Mortar in the brick is structurally the weakest part, so it's normally the first to give.

Helical Pier brackets
These brackets connect the piers to the home's footer.

Closed Gaps in Brick Wall
We lifted the home back after we attached the hydraulics to the pier brackets.

Excavation Area
This is the problematic settling area. In order to attach our piers, we had to safely remove the bushes and hand dig down to the footer.

Sticking Window
Windows get very hard to open and close once a house settles.

Cracks in Wall
From the interior of the home, you will often see cracks from the corners of doors and windows, as they are structurally the weakest points in a home.
