FlexiSpan uses a bead of sealant, a Foam Drain Strip, and a Sealant Overlay to repair the leak.

Bright Wall is sheets of plastic paneling that is permanently attached to the basement walls.

The BrightWall Paneling System not only makes the walls look better, they also drain wall leaks into the WaterGuard System.
Waterguard Basement Waterproofing System.
WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a sub floor piping System.
WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System.
WaterGuard intercepts the water that is seeping into the basement.
WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System.
Once installed, the floor is finished with a layer of cement, leaving only a small wall flange exposed.

WaterGuard Port.
A WaterGuard Port is used to access the system. It can also be used to drain a dehumidifier, such as the SaniDry Sedona.
WaterGuard and SuperSump.
WaterGuard drains the water into the SuperLiner so that it can be pumped out of the basement.

Airtight Lid.
The Airtight Lid keeps objects from falling into the liner, keeps out odors and insects and helps to quiet the pump.
IceGuard.
IceGuard protects from flooding due to a frozen or clogged discharge line.
Pop-up.
The Pop-up goes on the end of the discharge line.
