Photo Album: A sinking corner of a foundation resolved with Helical Piers.

A 34-year-old-building had a corner of the foundation that was sinking and the brick was beginning to crack.  The owner called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati for a solution to this problem.  The owner met with Chris, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that Helical Piers are installed to resolve this problem.  Helical Piers are used for stabilizing the foundation and can possibly lift the corner to the level position.
