WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is used to intercept the water that seeps into the basement.  The WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a piping system that is installed into the floor at the base of the foundation walls.  The water that seeps into the basement drains into the piping and is drained into a sump pump system to be pumped out of the basement. The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is a pump that is installed into a pit in the floor of the basement.  The SuperSump is a 1/3 horsepower pump.  It is installed into the SuperLiner that has 96 holes throughout it to allow water to flow in from under the floor.  The system also includes the WaterWatch Alarm and an Airtight Lid.  The WaterWatch Alarm will sound during a pump or power failure.  This alerts the homeowner to a problem with the system that needs to be resolved.  The Airtight Lid also includes an Airtight Floor Drain.  The Airtight Floor Drain allows water from a plumbing leak to drain into the floor drain, but it will not allow water to come back up through the drain.  The Airtight Lid keeps the water in the liner from evaporating back into the basement, keeps objects from falling into the liner and helps to quiet the pump.   PowerBraces are installed to resolve a wall that is bowing, cracking, or tilting.  A PowerBrace is a steel I-beam that is attached with brackets to the floor and floor joist.  The PowerBraces are secured tightly to the failing wall to immediately stabilize the wall and has an adjustable bracket that can be tightened over time to potentially reverse the wall failure.   CleanSpace Wall System is a 20-mil-thick plastic liner that is permanently attached to the walls of the basement.  CleanSpace is our most economical wall covering and will keep water from permeating into the basement's living space.  The water that seeps in through the foundation is drained down into the WaterGuard to be pumped out of the basement. The CleanSpace that is installed in this basement will keep the walls dry and drain the wall leaks into the WaterGuard.  The WaterGuard will pump the water into the sump pump that will pump the water out of the basement.  These products all working together will create a dry, usable basement for the homeowner to enjoy.
