We used Polylevel Injection to raise a concrete slab for a homeowner in Mason, Ohio.  Polylevel uses a foam that is injected underneath the concrete slab that needs to be raised.  The foam fills the void under the slab and raises it to the proper position.  Polylevel cures quickly so there is usually not a lot of mess and the slab will be able to be used within a short amount of time.
