Photo Album: CleanSpace is used to resolve water problems in Hamilton, OH

We installed a SmartSump Crawl Space Drainage System, UltraSump Battery Back-up System, CleanSpace Liner with CleanSpace Drainage Matting, SilverGlo Crawl Space Wall Insulation, RimJoist Insulation, and a SaniDry Sedona. The SmartSump Crawl Space Drainage System is used to pump the water out of the crawl space. The UltraSump Battery Back-up System will automatically turn on during a pump or power failure and will pump the water out of the basement using battery power.  It comes with its own battery and charging station. The CleanSpace Liner is a 20-mil-thick plastic liner that is attached to the floor and walls of the crawl space to provide a vapor-proof barrier between the ground and the home.  The CleanSpace Drainage Matting is installed under the CleanSpace Liner.  It is a plastic matt with dimples throughout it to provide a channel for water to flow. SilverGlo Crawl Space Wall Insulation has graphite particles infused into it to reflect heat.  This helps to lower your heating and cooling costs and makes the floors warmer in the winter.  The SaniDry Sedona is used to dry and filter the air.  Controlling the humidity in the crawl space makes the home more comfortable, discourages mold growth and musty odors.  The filters in the SaniDry remove dust, allergens, and mold spores to make the air in your home more comfortable and healthier.
