Photo Album: CleanSpace Wall System, WaterGuard and SuperSump used to resolve water in Hamilton, OH

A Hamilton, Ohio homeowner was having problems with water seeping into the basement at the floor so they called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati for a solution to this problem.  The homeowner met with Brice, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that CleanSpace Wall System, WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, and a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is installed to resolve the problems that the homeowner was experiencing in the basement. The CleanSpace Wall System is a 20-mil-thick plastic liner that is similar to a pool liner and is permanently attached to the walls with special drilled in fasteners.  The CleanSpace Liner covers the walls, keeps the water from permeating into the basement and also drains any wall leaks down into the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System.  The clean bright white color of the CleanSpace Liner also reflects natural light and brightens up the basement.   WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a sub-floor piping system that is used to intercept water that seeps into the basement.  The water is drained, unseen, into a sump pump system to be pumped out of the basement. The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is a 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron pump.  It includes the WaterWatch Alarm that will sound during a pump or power failure to alert the homeowner to a problem with the system.  It also includes the SuperLiner, Airtight Lid, and Airtight Floor Drain.  The SuperLiner is a rugged, heavy-duty liner that houses the pump.  It has 96 holes throughout it to allow water to also flow in from under the floor.  The Airtight Lid keeps the water from evaporating back into the basement, keeps objects from falling into the liner, and helps to quiet the pump.  The Airtight Floor Drain would allow water from a plumbing leak to flow into the Airtight Floor Drain, but water cannot come back up through the drain into the basement.  These products working together will keep the basement dry for the homeowner.  The CleanSpace Liner covers the walls and drains wall leaks into the WaterGuard.  The WaterGuard will also collect water that is seeping into the basement and the water will be drained into the sump pump system.  The sump pump system will drain the water out of the basement.  Call The Basement Doctor to see which combination of products will help you to have a dry basement that can be used for storage or extra living space without worries of water intrusion.
