Photo Album: CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System installed in Dayton, OH
A homeowner in Dayton, Ohio has a home built in the 1970s with a gravel-floor crawl space. The crawl space was getting a little moisture in it and the homeowner was interested in having the crawl space encapsulated.
We encapsulated the crawl space with a CleanSpace Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace Liner is a bright white 20-mil-thick plastic liner that made out of a blend of high-density polyethylene for puncture resistance, low-density polyethylene for flexibility and polyester cord reinforcement for strength. The CleanSpace liner is attached to the floors and walls of the crawl space with drilled-in fasteners and spikes. The CleanSpace Liner provides a vapor-proof barrier between the ground and the home.
Having a healthy crawl space is essential to maintaining a healthy home environment.
