Bowed Wall
Here you can see how most block walls bow inward in the later stages. The horizontal crack down the middle is right near where the frost line is in the soil outside the wall. Then you have stair step cracking near the corners of the wall in the mortar between the brick. Lastly, you have a little bit of shearing near the bottom of the wall.
Wet Basement
This basement was leaking at all the joints.
WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing
At the bottom of the wall, you can see where the WaterGuard drainage was installed. A layer of cement covers them, leaving a small wall flange exposed. The WaterGuard Port can also be used to drain dehumidifiers or condensation lines.
CleanSpace Wall System
The plastic liner that is attached to the walls is similar to a pool liner. This will stop the water from permeating into the basement and drain it down into the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System.
TripleSafe Sump Pump System
All three pumps of the TripleSafe Sump Pump System fit down into the figure 8 shaped liner. The Airtight Lid keeps the water from evaporating back into the basement, keeps things from falling into the pit, and helps to quiet the pump.
