Newer home in Maineville, Ohio was experiencing water seeping into a finished basement.  The homeowner met with Walt, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that the homeowner have a Water Guard Basement Waterproofing System, aTripleSafe Sump Pump System, and a SaniDry Sedona installed to resolve the problems that the homeowner was having in the basement. WaterGuardBasement Waterproofing System is a patented sub-floor piping system that is installed to intercept the water that comes into the basement so that it can be pumped out by the use of a sump pump system, such as the TripleSafe Sump Pump System. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System has three pumps.  Pump One is the primary pump and will do the pumping the majority of the time.   Pump Two will start up if Pump One would fail or become overwhelmed by the amount of water that is seeping in.  The two pumps working together can pump up to 6,250 gallons of water per hour out of the basement.  Pump Three is an UltraSump Battery Back-up Pumping System and will automatically turn on during a power failure and can pump water out of the basement using battery power.  It comes with its own battery and charging station. The SaniDry Sedona is used to dry and filter the air.  The SaniDry removes the excess moisture in the home.  Too much moisture encourages mold, musty odors and makes the home humid and uncomfortable.  The filters of the SaniDry remove mold spores, dust mite droppings and other particulates from the air.  The SaniDry helps you to maintain a healthy and comfortable environment in your home.  These products working together will give the homeowner a dry, healthy, comfortable basement that can be used for extra living space and storage without being concerned about musty odors or humidity.
