Photo Album: Settling in a corner of the garage is resolved with Helical Pier System in Fairborn, OH

A Fairborn homeowner was having problems with a corner of the garage settling and called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati for a solution to this problem.  The homeowner met with Chris, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that the Helical Pier System is installed to resolve this problem.   A Helical Pier is a steel pier that is mechanically screwed into the ground until it reaches bedrock or competent soil.  The helical pier is attached to a bracket that is also attached to the home's foundation footer.  This will stabilize the home against further movement and can possibly lift the area to a level position.   Schedule an appointment with a Certified Inspector to see how we can help you with your settling foundation problems.
