Photo Album: CleanSpace and a SaniDry Sedona resolve crawlspace moisture, in Cincinnati

We installed CleanSpace Encapsulation System along with CleanSpace Vent Covers SmartJack Floor Support System, and a SaniDry Sedona in a crawl space in Cincinnati.   The CleanSpace Liner is a mold and vapor-proof liner, similar to a pool liner, that keeps moisture from penetrating up into the crawl space from the ground or through the walls of the crawl space.  The crawl space is part of the house, so whatever gets into the crawl space, also gets into the living space.  Too much humidity in the crawl space causes the living space to also be humid and also encourages mold growth and musty odors.  A SaniDry Sedona dries and filters the air of the home.  The "duet" filter removes mold spores, dust mite droppings and dust particles from the home.  This will make your home healthier and more comfortable. The SmartJack Floor Supports System is a high-capacity adjustable steel pier that is designed to stop the setting of the foundation and raise the floor to the original position.  The SmartJack is installed by first compacting a structural stone into the floor of the crawl space.  A steel pier is cut to size and installed under the part of the floor that needs some support.  The adjustable screw is used to raise the floor into the right position.  This can be adjusted again in the future if needed.   The customer said that Terry did an excellent job installing the SmartJack Floor Support System and Rafael was a hard worker and cleaned up beautifully....and gave them an 11 out of 10!
