Photo Album: Sunhouse Enclosure and RockWell Egress Window used in Waynesville, OH

A homeowner in Waynesville, Ohio was looking for ways to add some natural light into their finished basement.  The homeowner called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati to schedule an appointment with a Certified Inspector for an estimate.   A Sunhouse Enclosure and a RockWell Egress Window Well was recommended and installed.  The Sunhouse Enclosure will allow natural light into the basement as well as keeping weeds and debris from getting into the window well.  The RockWell Window Well is inspired by nature and looks like a rock wall from the inside of the basement.  The RockWell is made of a one-piece composite material that will not rust or rot.  The RockWell also lets in natural light, keeps the window well clean, and can also be used as a way of egress or exit out of the basement during an emergency.
