We installed CleanSpace Liner and CleanSpace Drainage Matting along with a SaniDry Sedona for a homeowner in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The CleanSpace Liner is a plastic liner, similar to a pool liner, that is attached to the walls and floor of the crawl space. The CleanSpace Liner provides a mold and vapor-proof barrier between the ground and the home. The bright white color of the CleanSpace liner really brightens up the crawl space and makes it a much easier space to access when needed.
The CleanSpace Drainage Matting is a dimpled matting that provides a channel for water to flow under the matting and out of the crawl space.
The SaniDry Sedona is a dehumidifier that dries and filters the air in the home. The special filters in the SaniDry filter out mold spores, dust and other particulates in the air. It is important to keep the humidity level of the home at an appropriate level to discourage mold growth, musty odors and it makes the environment more comfortable.
