Photo Album: CleanSpace Wall System installed in Cincinnati, OH
We installed CleanSpace Wall System along with a TripleSafe Sump Pump System, SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System, CleanSpace Wall System, PowerBrace System, and a SaniDry Sedona to resolve problems in a basement in Cincinnati, Ohio.
The CleanSpace Liner is a plastic liner, similar to a pool liner. It is permanently attached to the basement walls to cover the walls and also to drain wall leaks down into the WaterGuard.
WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a piping system that is installed under the floor around the perimeter of the basement. WaterGuard intercepts the water that has been seeping into the basement and drains it to the sump pump system to be pumped out of the basement.
TripleSafe Sump Pumping System has three pumps. The primary pump is a 1/3 hp pump that will do the majority of the pumping. If the primary pump would fail or become overwhelmed with the amount of water that is seeping in, the second pump will turn on. Both pumps working together can pump up to 6,250 gallons of water per hour out of the basement. The third pump is a battery back up pump and will start up during a power failure and run on battery power to pump water out of the basement.
The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is a high-end 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron pump. It includes a SuperLiner, Airtight Lid, and Airtight Floor Drain. The SuperLiner has holes throughout it to allow water to seep in from under the floor as well as from the WaterGuard. The Airtight Lid keeps water from evaporating back into the basement and keeps things from falling into the liner. The Airtight Floor Drain will let water from a plumbing leak drain down into the floor drain but will not allow the water to come back up into the basement.
PowerBraces are steel I-beams that are secured tightly against a failing basement wall with brackets that are attached to the floor and floor joists. The PowerBraces will immediately stabilize the wall and protect it from any further movement. The adjustable bracket is designed to be tightened over time to potentially be able to reverse the wall failure.
The SaniDry Sedona is used to filter and dry the air in the home. The SaniDry has special filters to rid the home of dust, mold spores, and musty odors. Drying the air in the home and controlling the amount of moisture makes the home more comfortable and healthier for the homeowner.
PowerBraces are used to resolve a failing wall that is bowing, cracking or tilting.
