Photo Album: CleanSpace installed in Hamilton, OH

A SmartSump, CleanSpace with CleanSpace Drainage Matting, CleanSpace Vent Covers, EverLast Well, EverLast Door, and a SaniDry Sedona were installed in the crawl space in Hamilton, Ohio. The SmartSump Crawl Space Drainage System will pump the water out of the crawl space.  It includes the WaterWatch Alarm and an Airtight Floor Drain.  If there would be water leaking into the crawl space from a plumbing leak the water will fill a special pocket on the lid sounding the WaterWatch alarm.  This alarm will also sound if there is a pump or power failure.  The Airtight Floor Drain would allow water from a plumbing leak to drain down into the SmartSump, but will not let it come back up into the crawl space. CleanSpace Drainage Matting is a dimpled matting that is installed under the CleanSpace Liner to provide a channel for water to flow out of the crawl space.  The CleanSpace Liner is a bright white plastic liner, similar to a pool liner.  The CleanSpace provides a mold and vapor-proof barrier between the ground and the home.  The CleanSpace Vent Covers help to provide an airtight seal of the crawl space.  The EverLast Access Well and EverLast Door provide easy access into the crawl space.   The SaniDry Dehumidifier will keep the humidity low in the crawl space and filter the air.  Too much humidity in the air encourages mold and musty odors.  Having the SaniDry will help to keep your whole home healthier and more comfortable.
