A Greenville, Ohio homeowner was having problems with water seeping into a finished basement and called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati for a solution to this problem.  The homeowner met with Donny, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that the WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, a TripleSafe Sump Pump system, ZenWall basement Paneling System, Elite Plank Flooring, and a SaniDry Sedona is installed to resolve these problems in the basement.  WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is our patented sub-floor piping system that intercepts and drains water out of the basement. The TripleSafe Sump Pump System is a three pump system.  Pump one is a 1/3 hp pump that will do the pumping the majority of the time.  Pump two would run if pump one fails or becomes overwhelmed with a high volume of water.  Pump three is a battery back up pump and will run if there is a power failure.   ZenWall Basement Wall System is a 1/4"thick panel with an encapsulated fiberglass core, it also has a reflective foil vapor barrier on the back side of the panel.  The inorganic materials will not support mold growth so they are perfect for the basement environment.  The front side of the panel has a decorative vinyl finish.  ZenWall panels work with the perimeter drainage system to stop water vapor from seeping in through the walls.  The decorative finish gives the basement a finished look.
