Photo Album: WaterGuard Basment Waterproofing System and SuperSump resolve water problems in Montgomery, OH

A homeowner in Montgomery was having problems with water seeping into the finished basement.  The foundation is poured and there was not a sump pump installed.  The homeowner called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati and met with Jeff, a certified inspector, who recommended that WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, a SuperSump PremierSump Pump System, and an UltraSump Battery Back-up System is installed to resolve this problem for the homeowner.   WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a piping system designed to resolve basement water intrusion.  WaterGuard is engineered not to sit in the dirt so clogging will not be a problem with this system.  The WaterGuard drains the water into the sump pump system to remove the water and keep your basement dry.   The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is a Zoeller 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron pump with a mechanical float switch.  It comes with a WaterWatch Alarm that will sound if there is a pump or power failure alerting the homeowner to an issue that needs to be resolved with the system.  The SuperLiner that has 96 holes in it to allow water to flow in from under the floor.  The Airtight Lid that keeps out insects and odors, keeps water from evaporating back into the basement and quiets the pump.   The UltraSump Battery Back-up System will automaticaly turn on during a primary pump or power failure.  This system will run on battery power and comes with its own battery and charging station.   These systems working together will provide the homeowner with peace of mind knowing that they can refinish the basement without worrying that the finishing will be ruined by water intrusion.
