Photo Album: WaterGuard and a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System resolve water intrusion in Cincinnati, OH

A homeowner in Cincinnati was having problems with water seeping into the basement at the bottom of the wall near the floor.  The homeowner called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati and met with Steve, a Certified Inspector, to find a solution to this problem.  Steve recommended that a WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System be installed to resolve the water intrusion problem in the basement. The WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a non-clogging perimeter piping system that intercepts water that is seeping into the basement.  The piping System is installed into the floor along the perimeter of the foundation walls.  This piping system collects the water that seeps in and drains it into the sump pump system. The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is a high-end Zoeller 1/3 hp cast iron pump that can pump up to 2,650 gallons of water per hour out of the basement.  It includes the WaterWatch Alarm, the SuperLiner, and the Airtight Lid.  It also has easy knockouts to drain the dehumidifier, a clean pump stand to raise the pump out of the sediment, and an airtight floor drain in case of plumbing leaks. These two systems working together will provide the homeowner with a dry basement that can be used for extra living space or storage.
