Photo Album: WaterGuard, SuperSump Pump and EverLast Wall resolve water problems in Cincinnati, OH

A homeowner in Cincinnati was having problems with water seeping into the basement between the wall and the floor and called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati for help resolving this problem.  The homeowner met with Walt, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System and Everlast Basement Wall System is installed to resolve the problems that the homeowner was having in the basement.  WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a perimeter drainage system that is installed into the floor along the foundation walls and is used to intercept water that is seeping into the basement.  The water is drained into the sump pump system to be pumped out of the basement.  The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System is a high-end 1/3 hp Zoeller cast iron pump.  It includes the WaterWatch Alarm that will sound an alarm if the water reaches the point that the pump should have started.  It will also sound if there is a power outage.  This will alert the homeowner to a problem that needs to be resolved with the system.  It also includes the Airtight Lid that is strong enough to stand or store things on.  It keeps water from evaporating back into the basement, as well as quieting the pump, and keeping objects from falling into the liner.  The SuperLiner has 96 holes in it to allow water to flow in from under the floor and will not cave in or crack. The EverLast Basement Wall System is made of cement board instead of traditional drywall board.  It will not be destroyed by moisture and is covered with a mold proof, washable vinyl finish that never needs to be painted.  EverLast Basement Wall System not only looks great in your basement but also gives you peace of mind that the walls are protected.
