Photo Album: WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System to resolve water in Mason, OH
A Mason, Ohio homeowner was having problems with water seeping into the basement at the floor. The home is about 20 years old, has a poured foundation and there was a sump pump installed. The homeowner met with Donny, a Certified Inspector, to find a solution to this problem.
Donny recommended the patented WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is installed to resolve this problem for the homeowner.
WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is a patented piping system used to intercept the water that is seeping into the basement. The piping system is set into a small trench that is dug around the perimeter of the basement leaving a small wall flange exposed. The wall flange will also collect water into the piping system. Water can then be drained out of the basement unseen by the homeowner.
