Photo Album: Water that was seeping in at the floor was resolved with WaterGuard in Cincinnati, OH

A Cincinnati, Ohio homeowner was having problems with water seeping into the basement at the floor.  The homeowner called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati for help resolving this problem.  The homeowner scheduled an appointment and met with Steve, one of our Certified Inspectors.  Steve recommended the patented WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System and an UltraSump Battery Back-up System.   WaterGuard is a piping system installed in the floor along the foundation walls to intercept water that is seeping into the basement.  It is then drained into the sump pump to be pumped out of the basement.   The UltraSump Battery Back-up System is optional, but highly recommended, a battery back up pump will automatically turn on if the primary pump fails or during a power failure.  This gives the homeowner time to resolve the problem before damage occurs.   WaterGuard intercepting the water and the UltraSump providing extra protection this homeowner can rest assured that the basement is safe from water intrusion.
