Photo Album: WaterGuard, SuperSump and PowerBraces to resolve water problems in Cincinnati, OH

A Cincinnati, Ohio homeowner was having problems with water seeping into the basement and called The Basement Doctor of Cincinnati for a solution to this problem.   The homeowner met with Roger, a Certified Inspector, who recommended that WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System, a SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System and PowerBraces are installed to resolve this problem for the homeowner.  WaterGuard Basement Waterproofing System is our patented a piping system that is installed in the floor along the foundation walls.  A small wall flange is left exposed to "catch" wall leaks.  The water that is intercepted is drained into the sump pump system and pumped out of the basement.   The SuperSump Premier Sump Pump is a 1/3 hp pump.  It includes a WaterWatch Alarm that will sound an alarm if the water reaches the point that the pump should have turned on.  This will allow the homeowner time to resolve an issue with the system before damage can occur.   PowerBraces are steel I-beams that are secured tight against your basement wall with brackets anchored to your floor and floor joists.  PowerBraces will immediately stabilize the wall and the brackets can be tightened over time to potentially straighten the wall.
