A previous customer in Dayton, Ohio was selling his home and upon inspection, they had found an active leak in an area that we had not worked on.  He met with Nick, who recommended that he have FlexiSpan Crack Repair and BrightWall Paneling System installed to resolve this problem. FlexiSpan Crack repair has 3 layers of protection and works every time to repair a leaking crack.  The first step is a bead of sealant.  The second is a foam drain strip and the third layer is a sealant overlay.  These three layers will protect the homeowner from water leaking through this crack.
