Basement Doctor of Cincinnati is thrilled to announce that we have been chosen as an Honoree for the 2015 Better Business Bureau Torch Award for Marketplace Ethics. The ceremony, hosted by the Center for Ethics at BBB, took place on October 29, 2015 in the Pavilion Ballroom at the Horseshoe Casino.

The BBB Torch Award honors local businesses that exceed expectations in ethical practices and customer service. This was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the achievements of all of the attendees, and for our own success in building a fair workplace and trustworthy relationships with our customers to be recognized.

Jocile Ehrlich, President and CEO of BBB, commended the honorees, saying, “Our honorees take great pride in ensuring an ethical marketplace where buyers and sellers can trust one another. This honor is earned through an exhaustive self evaluation. The end result is an extraordinary recognition from their peers and the community.” The self-evaluation application was reviewed by an independent panel of judges to determine the winners of this prestigious award.
