This person must have strong organizational, customer service and time management skills. We are looking for people with high attention to detail. Strong verbal communication, and proficient computer skills are key. This individual must be highly comfortable speaking with our current and prospective customers on the phone, both for inbound informational/troubleshooting calls, and outbound calls to schedule appointments or annual maintenance appointments. Appointment Center Day in the Life:
Represent the company through telephone contact by answering calls, setting sales appointments.
Scheduling Inspection calls and following up via email and text.
Enter customer information and data into online CRM efficiently and accurately.
Keep customer files updated, complete, and accurate.
Meet or exceed goals for setting appointments and lead conversion.
Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support other departments of the company.
Provide customers with a remarkable experience.
Regular, reliable on-site attendance.
